| Boris Stomakhin is a real Russian whacky, blessed by the word of the blessing, who finish the play of his own life to the state of a powerful cultural image that does not inferior to his mythic-historical prototype Basil. If Boris was a believer out of his mouth paraphrase "You can not pray for the people-Herod: Mother of God will not allow it!" would sound quite organically and at the limit of drama, but his colleagues ahead of bliss Pussy Riot with simplified message... He's not crazy, but of course, he is a man not of this world. The man, a keen sense of the root system and the injustice of the world and not able to put up with this injustice, even in the face of unbearable hardship, even with a direct threat to life. St. Boris is in sharp conflict with all the players in the Russian theater of the absurd: and with the kings, and with the torturers, and with pointless, aggressive and ruthless people keep silent... |
